BHAVISHA MEHTA · FOUNDER & LEAD THERAPIST
Psychologist, Graphologist & Mindset Coach
Bhavisha Mehta is a postgraduate in Psychology (MA) and an expert graphologist who has devoted her practice to one simple belief: people don't need to be fixed, they need to be heard — and then given tools.
Over years of client work she noticed a pattern. Insight alone rarely creates change. Clients understood their anxiety, their anger, their fear of abandonment — and still repeated it. So she built an integrated way of working: psycho-therapy to bring clarity, grapho-therapy to reach the subconscious through handwriting, and Reiki to settle the body's stored stress when required.
As a mindset coach, she also works with people who are not in distress at all — they are simply stuck. Together they dismantle limiting beliefs and rebuild a growth perspective that shows up in real decisions: a career move, a boundary set, a conversation finally had.
